I’ve always had a penchant for polished finishes; there’s nothing like shining a fixture back up to its brand-new looking state – fingerprints be gone with just a lysol wipe and microfiber cloth! conversely, i’ve always had kind an equally strong distaste for brushed finishes. the reputation they get for their easy cleanability and low-maintenance is cringe-worthy, as I’ve found that anything brushed is near impossible to get looking like new again, try all you may. however, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty in the subtle, silver tones it offers and vibes like crazy with this calacatta mink & cubo velluto. practicality isn’t exactly key in this concept.
